1. Digital Service Delivery

1 Dollar SEO provides automated SEO promotion services, which include the creation of backlinks and the submission of URLs to search engines. Due to the digital and immediate nature of our services, the fulfillment process begins shortly after your payment is confirmed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds & Submission Window

Because our service involves direct costs and third-party submissions that cannot be undone, we generally do not offer refunds once the SEO promotion process has started. However, you may submit a refund request within 14 calendar days from the date of payment under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery: If a technical issue on our end prevents the service from being delivered and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a technical glitch.

Refund requests submitted after 14 calendar days from the payment date are not eligible for review.

3. Exceptions (No Refunds)

We will not issue refunds in the following situations:

You change your mind after the SEO promotion process has already begun or completed.
You provided an incorrect URL for promotion.
You are dissatisfied with the resulting search engine rankings (SEO is a long-term process and depends on many external factors beyond our control; we guarantee the work done, not specific Google ranking positions).

4. Payment Processing (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns in accordance with this policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you can also reach out to Paddle's support, but we recommend contacting us first for the fastest resolution.

5. Review and Processing Timeframes

We adhere to standard processing timelines for all refund inquiries:

Request Review: All refund requests are reviewed by our support team within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.
Refund Issuance: Once an approved refund is processed, the funds will typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original Payment Method: Refunds can only be issued to the exact same payment method and payment details used to make the original purchase. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts, third-party cards, or cash.
