1. Digital Service Delivery

1 Dollar SEO provides automated SEO promotion services, which include the creation of backlinks and the submission of URLs to search engines. Due to the digital and immediate nature of our services, the fulfillment process begins shortly after your payment is confirmed.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Because our service involves direct costs and third-party submissions that cannot be undone, we generally do not offer refunds once the SEO promotion process has started. However, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If a technical issue on our end prevents the service from being delivered and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order due to a technical glitch.

3. Exceptions (No Refunds)

We will not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • You change your mind after the SEO promotion process has already begun or completed.
  • You provided an incorrect URL for promotion.
  • You are dissatisfied with the resulting search engine rankings (SEO is a long-term process and depends on many external factors beyond our control, we guarantee the work done, not specific Google ranking positions).

4. Payment Processing (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries and handles returns in accordance with this policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, you can also reach out to Paddle's support, but we recommend contacting us first for the fastest resolution.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team. Provide your order ID, the email address used during purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you are requesting a refund. We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
